The control team will allocate your booking to the closest courier offering the quickest response time possible. Once the courier has picked up the parcel can be tracked offering the customer up to date details of a delivery time. We will send you a proof of delivery for your records.

CDS BIKE COURIER is 15 minutes. If, for some reason, such as adverse weather or traffic conditions, cause a delay, you will be told at the time of booking. In cases where a delay could not be foreseen, our booking office will contact you directly.
