Our Control procedures are the best in the business, and our control staff friendly and helpful. We are constantly investing in technology to keep our services up to date; currently we provide the ability for you to book any of our courier services via you personal computer or laptop. We can also provide direct modem links to our control, and for larger accounts, a personal CDS operative or 'Implant' to operate this system for you 'In House'.
All of the listed services are linked by radio control to our fully computerised control centre, which enables us to offer our clients and prospective clients up to the minute reports, XDA technology also enables clients to use our up-to-date tracking facilities, which will allow the client access to view all confirmation signatures via our web-based signature capture facility. |
